In the incredibly competitive category of Data Centre Safety / Fire Suppression Innovation of the Year, SolarFire Systems came runner up to Johnson Controls. The DCS awards are designed to reward the product designers, manufacturers, suppliers and providers operating in data centre arena.

The Winners of the Data Centre Safety/ Fire Suppression Innovation of the Year Award are chosen by individuals in the data centre industry, who select their best suppliers in more than 31categories over four groups. This makes the awards particularly special as it means that customers felt strongly enough about the service, they had received to take the trouble to vote.
The runners-up award comes a week after SolarFire Systems gained SAFEPQQ verified Status.
